Youth Speed + Strength Program
Our Youth Speed+Strength Program is centered around running mechanics, change of direction drills, competitive reaction drills, strength movement introduction and conditioning. Each session works through a progressional warm-up, a mix of power/sprint work, agility, strength circuits and finishes with conditioning. We offer programs for ages 8 and up. Sessions run 4-6 weeks long. Limited to 20 slots per day.
