Sports Performance Training
(Ages 12–14)
Built for ALL athletes, ALL sports! Our program turns potential into power with dynamic training that boosts speed, agility, strength, core stability, endurance, and conditioning. Every session is designed to help young athletes move faster, perform stronger, and compete with confidence—no matter their game.
In this program, athletes will:
• Learn proper sprint mechanics and change‑of‑direction skills
• Build total‑body strength for jumping, stopping, and cutting
• Improve balance, coordination, and core control
• Develop conditioning that carries over to late‑game situations
TRAINING:
Our athletes train 2-3x/week for 60 minutes
