Foundation Performance Program

Our Foundation Performance Program is the BEST option for any athlete that wants to get faster, stronger and more explosive!

What We Train:

  • Speed—acceleration, top end speed, proper running mechanics

  • Agility—reaction, change of direction, lateral movement

  • Strength—bodyweight + weighted exercises, core strength

  • Power—jump drills, Medball power drills

  • Rehab/Mobility—get more flexible/mobile to decrease chance of injury

  • Fun Competitive Environment—games/drills to challenge each athlete and bring on new confidence!

  • Training Mondays—Saturdays
