Our Foundation Performance Program is the BEST option for any athlete that wants to get faster, stronger and more explosive!
What We Train:
Speed—acceleration, top end speed, proper running mechanics
Agility—reaction, change of direction, lateral movement
Strength—bodyweight + weighted exercises, core strength
Power—jump drills, Medball power drills
Rehab/Mobility—get more flexible/mobile to decrease chance of injury
Fun Competitive Environment—games/drills to challenge each athlete and bring on new confidence!
Training Mondays—Saturdays
