Grind Baseball Members:

All Grind Baseball and Grind Athlete Performance Training is SEPARATE of each other.

No exchanges or transfers within the two entities.

Strength Training Programs: Elite + Foundation

Training is month to month. Passes expire 45 days from purchase date.

Cancellations are due 2-weeks prior to next billing cycle. If within 14-days, any payments can be used only for CREDIT, no refunds .

All month-to-month is automatically enrolled in autopay after initial 30 day period.

Speed Programs:

All payments are due upfront. No refunds for missed sessions.
