Youth Speed Class (ages 8-11)
Join our Youth Speed Class–a high energy, fast paced class designed for younger athletes looking to get started with their training! We focus on speed, acceleration, agility, stability, coordination and conditioning.
Day/Time: Mondays and/or Wednesdays @ 5 PM
Session 1: 11/11-12/18 (6 weeks)
Session 2: 12/30-2/5 (6 weeks)
Session 3: 2/10-3/19 (6 weeks)
Ages 8-11 + All SPORTS!
Pricing:
1x/week: $180 (6 wks)
2x/week: $300 (6 wks)
