NEW Youth Strength Foundation

We’re excited to launch our NEW Youth Strength Foundation Program, designed specifically for athletes ages 10–12.

This program teaches young athletes how to train safely and correctly while building confidence, coordination, and athleticism.

Program Focus

✔ Strength training fundamentals
✔ Speed & agility
✔ Power development
✔ Core strength & coordination

All sessions are fully coached, age-appropriate, and built to help kids move better for sports and everyday life.

Schedule

📅 Start Date: February 3rd—March 26th
Duration: 8 weeks
📆 Days: Tuesdays and/or Thursdays
🕔 Time: 5:00 PM

Price: 1x/week $240, 2x/week $440

Athletes may attend 1–2 sessions per week, depending on schedule and goals. Athletes can attend either session (Tues or Thurs)

This is NOT heavy weightlifting.
