This program is designed for female athletes who want to get faster, stronger, and more confident — on and off the field.
We’re not here to go through the motions. We train to dominate.
Our focus:
Speed: Improve first-step quickness and overall sprint mechanics
Agility: Change direction faster and react with confidence
Strength: Build power and durability through proper lifting technique
Power: Explosive movement from the ground up — jump higher, move faster
Core: Strengthen the foundation that drives athletic performance
Conditioning: Build endurance and resilience that lasts through every game
Confidence: Through hard work, discipline, and results — she’ll earn it

Day: Mondays and/or Wednesdays @ 4:30-5:30 PM
