Foundation Performance Program is geared toward younger athletes (ages 12-14). It includes the following:

      • 2-3x/week training options

      • Initial Movement Assessment

      • Training Program

      • Access to Team Buildr Training App

      • Multiple training slots Mondays—Saturdays


Elite Performance Training is geared toward older athletes (high school/college). It includes the following:

      • 2-4x/week training sessions

      • Monthly Movement Assessments

      • Quarterly Performance Testing

      • Customized Training Program

      • Diet Plan

      • Access to TeamBuildr Training App

      • Access to Elite Speed Class
